In rare cases, couriers will indicate a package has been delivered before it has actually makes its way to the end destination. In those situations it is typical for the package to show up after the indicated date.
Note: Staffing shortages and delivery delays have become more common with some carriers, yet the good news is packages do eventually get delivered. If your package was prematurely stamped as "delivered" it could still be on the delivery truck, or with a 3rd party delivery service providing extra assistance. Your package will be delivered in a box and not typically delivered with regular mail.
We appreciate your patience, as deliveries using USPS can take up to 10 days depending on your location. Please let Customer Service know if your package is not delivered within the next few business days so we can assist further.
