We know how it feels to order the wrong size or color, so we can certainly assist you in exchanging your product for the right one. Note: If you purchased your harness from Amazon and want to return it, please contact Amazon directly for their return process.
Exchange
We are happy to help you with exchanging your harness for the correct size or color as long as it is within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in new and resalable condition, free of dirt/debris/fur and damage.
Before exchanging your Balance Harness, please double-check your dog’s girth measurements against our sizing charts, Original harness sizing chart or Reflective harness sizing chart, to ensure proper size. We recommend checking out our FAQ: "How do I know what size Balance Harness I should get for my dog breed?" to help you with how to find the correct measurement.
Once you have the correct size determined, to initiate your return please print and fill out the Amazon Exchange Request Form. Include this form with your unused harness and return it to us at Blue-9 Pet Products.
Once we receive your product for exchange we will begin processing your request. Please include the Amazon Exchange Request Form with your package so we can process your exchange efficiently. Our shipping team works hard and will generally have your new harness on its way back to you within 3 business days, pending the requested item is in stock.
