Purchases from our direct website at www.Blue-9.com are eligible for a refund if within 30 days of purchase, and if the item is in the same condition as when it was received. To complete your return please download, print, and fill out our Return Authorization Form to include with your return package.
Note: If the item being returned is not resalable (free of dirt, hair/fur, debris, and damage), a fee of $10 will be deducted from your refunded amount.
