We do recommend replacing your new order immediately. This will ensure that you’ll get your new product quickly and won’t go out of stock while waiting for your refund to process.

Return
We are happy to accept a return within 30 days of your purchase from our direct website at www.Blue-9.com. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return please download, print, and fill out our Return Authorization Form to include with your return package. Purchases from 3rd party dealers are subject to their individual return policies.
Note: If the item being returned is not in resalable condition (free of dirt, hair/fur, debris, and damage), a fee of $10 will be deducted from your refunded amount. We are only able to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
You will receive an email notification when the refund is processed, generally within 1-2 business days of receipt of your package to Blue-9.
