When will I receive my refund?

Blue-9.com originated purchases can request a refund if within 30 days of purchase. 

Within 1-2 business days of receipt of your package to Blue-9, we will process your return, and depending on the method of payment, the credited amount should post back to your account within 3-10 business days.

If a credit has not been posted back to your account within 15 days of receipt, please Contact Customer Service.
