*For international orders (shipped outside the USA): The Blue-9 Pet Products customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees that may be applied to your shipment; any duties will be collected from the delivery agent, and cannot be estimated or paid by Blue-9.
In our experience, utilizing USPS Priority Mail, UPS Worldwide Expedited, and UPS Saver avoids incurring large fees at Customs or the time of delivery. To learn more, please review the links provided below for helpful carrier information.

Associated fees when shipping internationally can vary depending on the respective country's policy. The shipping cost billed by Blue-9 at the time of purchase applies only towards shipping the products to the international destination and does not include any additional fees incurred.
*If a delivery is refused and/or duties are not paid upon delivery, incurred shipping charges and additional expenses related to the refusal will not be refunded to the purchaser.
