For international orders (shipped outside the USA): the customer is responsible for any and all duties, taxes, and customs fees that may be applied to your shipment; any duties will be collected from the delivery agent, and cannot be estimated or paid by Blue-9 Pet Products.

Associated fees when shipping internationally can vary depending on the respective country's policy. The shipping cost billed by Blue-9 at the time of purchase applies only towards shipping the products to the international destination and does not include any additional fees incurred. Note: If a delivery is refused and/or duties are not paid upon delivery, incurred shipping charges and additional expenses related to the refusal will not be refunded to the purchaser.
