Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of purchase for items purchased directly from www.Blue-9.com, as long as they are unused and in the same condition as when they were received.
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be clean and free of dirt, hair/fur, debris, and damage.

A completed Return Authorization Form must be printed and included in your return package.
Important Notes:

Items not in resalable condition are eligible for a partial refund, with a $10 restocking fee deducted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns for purchases made through Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, or other third-party sellers must follow that seller’s return process.

Reseller returns require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return freight charges.
Refunds

Returned items must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

If a credit hasn’t appeared on your account within 10 business days of receiving your refund notification, please contact our Customer Service team.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer automated exchanges.
If you’d like to exchange a product:

Place a new order for the correct size, color, or item.

Return the original item using our standard return process.

Print and fill out the Return Authorization Form.

Include it in your return shipment.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund for the returned item, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Note: Shipping costs apply to both the new order and return.
Amazon Customers: Please use our Amazon Exchange Request Form to request an exchange for a product purchased through Amazon.
Balance Harness One-Year Extended Warranty
For added peace of mind, we offer a $4 One-Year Extended Warranty on the Balance Harness at the time of purchase through our website www.blue-9.com. Note: Harnesses purchased through third parties do not qualify for the warranty program. Also, the warranty must be purchased at the same time as the harness.
Coverage Includes:

Hardware issues (buckles, clips, D-rings)

Seam or stitching failure

Chewing damage
Exclusions:

Lost, outgrown, or fully functional items

Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, odors)

Free or promotional products

Third-party or wholesale purchases

Abusive or excessive claims
Claim Process:

Submit your proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we’ll send a replacement (standard shipping fees apply).
